Step 1: Fill pot with seed-starter soil & sow following seed packet directions. Water thoroughly.
No drainage holes needed. Excess water will seep through pot walls. Store pots in a tray to contain any extra drainage. Place in a nice sunny spot or under a grow light.
Step 2: Keep pot & soil nice and moist while your plants germinate.
Water evenly. Remember those edges! Keep moist but don't overwater. Pot will harden and turn light brown when it's time for another drink. Pots are delicate when wet. Handle with care. Do not leave in standing water for long periods of time.
Step 3: When plants are ready to transplant, bury pot & roots completely. Water thoroughly.
It's time to plant when roots are visible through pot walls or plant has established multiple leaves. Pot will completely degrade over time, enriching the soil along the way.
